Pack dragon

Pack Dragons are the newest transport troop, located exclusively in the chance game Fortuna's Vault in packages of 1000, although they are occasionally given out as prizes in the many challenges hosted in-game, most notably the recent Titan Challenge, which allowed many people to get large numbers of Pack Dragons. With a load capacity of 6,000 and a base speed of 1000, they are more than 6x faster and can carry a larger load than Armored Transports, making them above and beyond the better alternative for transporting large numbers of resources to alliance members, assuming you can manage to get your hands on enough to make it worthwhile.

One major flaw of the Pack Dragons, however, is they are easily killed off in attack marches that don't include Banshees or Swift Strikes, as they have the second highest speed of any troop in the game (below that of a banshee, on par with the Swift Strike Dragon). Since they have such a high speed, they end up in front of your other troops, and are targeted by enemy troops, often resulting in some if not all losses. For this reason, caution is advised when using these in battles with defending troops, with Armored Transports still the best alternative for taking resources in an all-out battle, as they stay behind your other troops with their low speed.
